I grew a beard just like yours in about 40 weeks , vitamin E , Bbca's from vitamin stores.. lots of carrots ,sweet patatoe.... some dates, avocados.. beef and pork, fish.. lots of greens and nuts like cashew and almonds... use organic coconut oil on beard only.... raw oil... Nice video dude!

j kj I’m not defensive. I honestly couldn’t give a shit. This video is years old. For the second time, I was saying I should have said “your body doesn’t produce essential amino acids”. I get that the body produces NON essential amino acids and it’s still not relevant to the conversation.

forhisglory700 no man! Never have! It's weird I know, for some reason my head hair is getting really grey and my beard is not. My dad was the opposite. There's definitely greys sprinkling in the beard though for sure. Thanks for watching!
