There are no regulations regarding the labeling of 2,4-dithiapentane and it can legally be called truffle aroma, truffle flavor, truffle concentrate or other similar terms, even though it is not extracted from truffles. In the United States, the ingredient may use the modifiers ‘organic’ or ‘natural’ as long as the components meet the federal requirements for those terms.” Also: “2,4-Dithiapentane is an organosulfur compound.” So gross! I like truffe oil. It gives a nice flavour to boiled potatoes. Then you can use those potatoes for raclette, and it's really nice. Not sure I'd use it for anything else, though.

When ever you watch kitchen nightmares ramsey will always always enquire about the soup of the day to test the freshness of the kitchen before even eating anything

I think the frozen pizza thing is crazy. I have eaten pizza in so many restaurants and its very bad quite often. Usually its far too dry because they add like no sauce and far too much grease. Also its not like everyone has the money and time to always cook fresh. Cooking fresh is all the time is such a huge task especially if you live together with a lot of people

Yogurt, flour and some baking soda, fry one side like a pancake and flip it. Then add any sause you want and create a pizza on top. And done. Pan pizza that is almost as fast to make as frozen pizza except it tastes good

The one thing I will never eat again, happily, is kidneys. My dad loved them and as a kid I had to eat them. It was horrible!!!! LOL So, I give the appearance of being an adult so I can eat or not eat what I want. LOL

Making kidneys is really easy. All you have to do is boil the piss out of them! LOL!

Rachael Ray doesn't like mayo because of shes from north New York. Normal people, in general, love mayo. Similar to some of the stuff northerners eat that people around the nation would stave before eating.

As a NYer, what proof do you have of northern NYers dislike of mayo?

Dont care what anybody says but pizza is also going to be good frozen or not. I also prefer some frozen pizzas over fresh pizza.

I don't know who Alex Guarnaschelli, and I have never heard of anyone getting PTSD for having to shred carrots. Doesn't sound real. I mean, my sister got a really bad stomach bug after having eaten chocolate cake, and she was puking the cake up the whole night, and she said that's the worst thing she has ever thrown up, and it has taken her over 20 years to get over it. She still doesn't like chocolate cake, but she can eat it. But having to shred carrots? Come on! What about onions? I bet you get to peel and chop a LOT of onions when you are starting in the kitchen. Why did she ever decide to stay in restaurant business?

She is not missing out, it's mass produced, she can make fish and chips and curry etc. Just because Britain consumes terrible quality food doesn't mean other people have to be just as miserable.
