Hing is one of the costly ingredients with varying price n quality. Most hing sold in india is compounded bandhani hing . Mix of flour plus gum and raw hing. With no proper regulation regarding % of raw hing which is main substance all kind of mix is selling in india. FSSAI AND other regulator are sleeping. In package ingredients list it should made compulsory to mention % of raw hing quantity which is main ingredient. If possible country of origin of raw hing should also be mentioned. Iranian afgan , Uzbekistan etc.

Good info...Why not you guys are checking all (most) brands in the market...FSSAI is horrible...Shame on this department for giving license even to shit selling companies
