Post-cancellation, I personally think you changed priorities due to life, putting raising Eryn first. With no prior parenting experience, you and Ty stepped up and aced that role. That was priority, as it should be, and I think that gave many complete respect for you. When priorities are in check, we all naturally become better, and wiser, people.

Laura guiding Manny on a self help journey is making me tear up. Knowledge is power and sharing it is so special. Watching people grow and learn is surreal. Self development is such a blessing!! Edit to add: I’m sure she’s already recommended, but I loveeeeee the untethered soul and it doesn’t feel too romantic relationship based. There are so many great brain rewiring books out there! And ThriftBooks (not sponsored lol) is how I’m able to get cheap books. Or your local library!!

EMDR is what I think Manny was talking about with the taps. Helps your subconscious process emotions past traumas. My mom is a therapist she really encourages and uses it to help her clients. Theres eye movement, buzzers and the tapping. You can meet with an EMDR trained therapist who has experience with it!

@@caitlinirvin4731said I think and do ur research babe before YOU start spreading false info. “The therapist leads the patient in tapping while directing their attention to particular memories or experiences that are causing them anxiety. These memories can be integrated and reorganized because the bilateral stimulation stimulates the brain's natural neuroplasticity.”

A lot of what you both are mentioning here have been taught to me in years of therapy- very valid advice. Like the smiling in difficult situations. It's called opposite action lots of science behind it. And the tapping Manny talks about EFT. Thank you both for being such an easy access for people to hear this important info.❤

Ok controversial take but Laura’s apology was a historical moment. People still refer to it when discussing apology videos. I mean this as a positive! Like Laura influenced the landscape of KZbin as a whole. And I really do admire her for how far she’s come 💖

Hey Manny my sister in law who went through Chemo and then her eye ducts were messed up after treatment was recommended to wash her eyes every so often with Saline solution. Her doc told her we should all be washing our eyes, especially if we wear eye makeup. I hope that helps.

I enjoyed listening to your answers to these questions so much! I know people say influencing is an "easy job", but I truly don't believe it's easy at all. Editing a single video can take just as long as my 9-5 (probably even longer), and dealing with the side effects of constantly being on/posting on social media must be physically and mentally exhausting as well. I can't imagine how a work/life balance can even be possible. I admire and respect you both and can't wait for the next episode! ❤🧡

Manny! Use baby shampoo on your warm compresses to help it go away but also prevent future ones. I used to get the internal ones all the time and my eye doctor told me to try that. Supposedly there is something in it that helps and it did for me! I used it to wash my eye makeup off and wash my brushes to help prevent future ones too!

As someone that has had vitiligo since I was like 3 yrs old, and I’m tan so it’s very noticeable, it’s nice to hear you being open about it and admit that it’s your insecurity because it has always been mines. Mines is on my legs, elbows, hand, and will occasionally show on my eyelids. It’s more common now but before it was, and even sometimes still, I’d get lots of stares, comments, questions, and made fun of. Nothing has ever helped it go away and I’ve tried every cream. I’ve just learned to say fuck it and let people stare. you are gorg and successful manny! I hope you learn to just say fuck it too
