I believe Grian has said Cub did help out a lot in the planning phase and has been very active with it since the start. Also, they said they work with a very democratic system so I'm sure a decent majority of hermits liked the idea and the No-Poe is just a storyline.

i hope the whole shopping district permit office things ends soon. it overstayed it's welcome in my opinion before the permit office actually started doing anything, they just need to have whatever civil war and be done with it also the joke about the permit office working 24/7 (24 minutes a day, 7 days a year or something similar) was funny but kind of falls flat with cub overworking

The Hermits always brag about their amazing mega-projects. Meanwhile, most are just building walls that have no interiors and aren't even walkable. That annoys me the most about people like "Smallishbeans" and "Grian," although other Hermits are also skilled at it.
