He was number one in ratings for decades- partially BECAUSE of his interactions like this with callers and guests alike. But yes I agree that when he came out of semi retirement it wasn’t his best work. I listen to him once in awhile now, mostly during football season on his podcast. Its a 30 minute treat in the car 👍 ok
