This is a perfect Example of why we are experiencing flooding through global warming. No respect for water not even in a pool. No respect in nearby rivers or streams and lakes and oceans. When you come out of a store and there is trash on ground every where, well no respect there. In their own neighborhood no respect there. All this ends up in the waters from the wind.
