I was skeptical of Pony at first. But after understanding what it was about and testing it for several days, I was thoroughly convinced. It understood prompts more accurately in the models I've used and the plethora of available SDXL LORAs are compatible with it.

I found I actually prefer using the ponyv6 with the model PonyRealism over the realistic settings and models, it gives them a realistic type look with a slight artistic/painted appearance.

Thanks for the showcase. I think it is definitely time for a 2.5.0 Fooocus features guide video, especially right now since there aren't any out there, as far as I searched. I noticed quite a few changes in 2.5, like how does one inpaint from an input image? That option used to be in the 'Developer Debug Mode' and not it's gone. Is it included in the main features somewhere?

@@MonzonMedia Indeed. I messed around with Fooocus for a while and found that option along with a few other cool features. Looking forward to your guide as always. Oh, one more thing. An idea for another related video. It seems like Stable Diffusion and models based on it aren't really able to replicate faces. I believe you demonstrated this in one your videos. Yet, I see clearly AI generated images with faithful facial replication out there. I wonder how people are doing that. Midjourney perhaps?

I admit, SDXL and even SD3 Medium has been....meh lately. Pony v6 and Pixart has been refreshing to use! Have you come across other models that are not as known that you like? I'd love to check out more.

autism mix- can do 2d hands better than any other sdxl models, duchaiten pony- 2.5d at finest rev engine- really good pony that is similar to rev animated

I'm creating mostly Asian Women in Mech Suites (Saber Rider Fan 😂) - it all looks absolute stunning but on 9 of 10 pictures, the models have button-like Nipples and I can't get rid of them, tried less steps because the nipples and forms getting bigger when using 60 steps. tried different styles and no styles. negative prompts....nothing works...how can I fix that? 😢 1+ Sub

When you start fooocus there is a terminal window that opens, you need to leave it open when using it.

Fooocus normally auto-updates as needed, and I think this is the first time that updating has required manual intervention (and some high-end PCs did not require any intervention). This is a really fundamental change to Fooocus, with some of the core routines being completely rewritten, SAM added and Python dependencies changed. It seemed to be the Python aspects that were causing the update to fail on many PCs. In any event, the manual fix is very easy.

maybe your settings changed? Part of the update was the default models for the presets were changed. Could be that.

Look for the main fooocus folder, in there is a folder called outputs. Wherever you installed it, so for example for me it's on C:\Users\ermin\fooocus\outputs and there should be folders by date. Hope that helps.

I bitterly regret updating to 2.5. Faces in "realistic" are screwed and the software is constantly dling files. Wait a few days or weeks before updating if you can. Would like a video showing how to only show styles you want not every style in the world. Thanks for posting.

Likely because they changed the default model and check the styles it applies. There is a file where you can delete the styles you don’t want, it’s a pretty long list though. I’ve been meaning to do a video on customizing fooocus, making your own presets, styles, settings etc.
