Foot Drop / Foot deformity ( from Bangladesh)

Foot drop sometimes presents along with an inward bending foot deformity which is called as SPASTIC EQUINOVARUS FOOT DEFORMITY.

It’s required surgical correction for the foot functions to be regained .the surgery is a combination of posteriomedial soft tissue release with tendon chillis lengthening with Tibialis posterior rerouting the lateral cuiniform.
