Now Rachel over the years has been coming for various reasons, and about 5 years ago she said "shane do you, do feet?" and I was like sure I have trained but I don't think I'm very good, and I still don't. But she asked me to have a go and so I did and well she loved it to the point regardless what we are doing in that session she always asks me to finish with 5-10 minutes on her feet just to really relax them.
