Crazy 5 hours per foot!? That is so much dedication and I can only imagine the amount of relief one would feel after that session

“Gonna feel much younger, going to live much longer.... probably” 😂. Great work as always Brandon. Are you going back to LA soon? Would love to come and receive a treatment if possible. I feel as though there is a lot that needs to be stirred up.

This makes me want to take his class and learn from him. I also want him to release my left big toe from kick pushing from skateboarding... this looks like a massive pressure release I just couldn’t perform on myself
Art of Wor Do the course it makes so much sense and Brandon is an amazing teacher and has vast knowledge 😊

Another informative video. Does it really take that many hours to fix her problem?
@brandonraynor5 жыл бұрын
To completely renovate her of all residual tension would take 20 to 30 hours. We did about 12 hours during the course and she already feels like a new person

Do any of your clients get foot cramps during this? I’m just wondering because I get them just when I randomly move my foot in a certain way I feel like it would be likely?
@brandonraynor5 жыл бұрын
Yes especially in the arch of the foot. This is minimised by working the big toe properly

I need this I have so much negativity and bad bad energy in my life, and even have anger lashes and get pissed off by my own thoughts and long time past events, to the point that it puts me in a fight or flight mode, I noticed. I think I have a little bit of anger management issues and I also have heart pressure drops because of it I think. Or I feel something in my chest, here and there when I have these feelings, I know cuddling, hugs, cry sessions, sex, massage, running, and meditation are good negative energy reducers.

Quick question, in all your videos all the people are in pain, why exactly does what you’re doing hurt?
@shnafaruq13135 жыл бұрын
Pressure points, I had reflexology done on my foot twice. Hurts like hell during the process. Feels so amazing for days afterwards. Almost as if someone had sucked all the toxins out of my foot.
@brandonraynor5 жыл бұрын
I call it bringing awareness to tension. There are many different sensations that we call pain. I first of all distinguish between what I call good and bad pain. Good pain brings awareness to tension and then the person lets go of the tension through breathing, screaming, crying, burping, farting, sighing etc while bad pain damages people
