I'm a nurse and what's funny is allopurinol is very toxic to the GI tract and doesn't fix gout. Gout is caused by an iodine deficiency secondary to alcohol abuse (normally) but in our drug first healthcare system we treat symptoms and not the root cause of disease. They even recommend you avoid seafood (which prevents iodine deficiency). Nutritional deficiencies cause so many diseases but as a nurse or as a doctor we never research these cures and preventions. Love your videos, fix the root cause and fix the symptoms and the problem!

I have the same problem on my left foot as the guy in the beginning. I go to a chiropractor but they dont do foot adjustments. I go to a foot doctor to all she does is removes the skin on the bottom of the foot.

Ty for the content ^^ Question: in the first case you talked about an "expected" position for a callus under the hallux metatarso joint. Which are these positions? Does it mean that's ok to have them or it still means that you need some adjustment to your foot? I couldn't find any resource online where to learn more..
