Different schools of thought on that. It's best to work within your own training parameters. In my experience, if the baby isn't ready, there are no points that I can press to trigger premature delivery - and I've worked on MANY pregnant clients at all stages.

Every Reflexologist is different. I am an advocate of 'perfect pressure' - not too light and not too deep. If you feel like your Reflexologist went too light for your taste, it may be best to find another practitioner and ask whether they use a firmer pressure. :)
