I had the GOUCH (as my dad says) I am a pretty active 40 year old woman and the shock that I had gout was upsetting! I walked it out and I juiced for several months. Not fun juices, but Red Cabbage juice and beets. I let my body talk to me and walked to work on that gout. Oh no! Devil is a liar on the Gout! I thank the Lord every time I can see my ankles now. Gout is a straight demon, a different type of pain!
