Earlier this year, a football match held in Israel between Dimona and Shimson Tel Aviv saw 56 penalties had to be taken, where the host team won 23-22. Also, long time ago, Olympiacos had won the game on penalty shootout after 32 penalties being required against AEK Athens in the Greek Cup Final. The game ended 4-4 after 120 minutes.

@@5LENORE5 Basically, that game was similar to Istanbul 2005, with the twist that it was a closer game with both sides exchanging goals in dying minutes of normal time and AEK scoring an equalizer in the extra time. What's more insane is that Olympiacos had won this brutal shootout with 9 players after 2 Olympiacos players were sent off! And I knew that it was Antonios Nikopolidis (the Greek goalie that was a part of Euro 2004 winning squad) that scored a winning penalty. I think if these scenes will be happened in the Champions League Final, it will literally break the whole internet, being 100 times better than Istanbul 2005 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
