Lovely to hear you are going with their reality. (Those living with Dementia.) I'm a Dementia Therapy Specialist and "Rementia" Dementia within 6 sessions of Hypnotherapy. Two of my favourite players, I seen Glen in 1981 in Thomond Park Limerick [Munster Rugby ground] They played Limerick city in a friendly. He, as always was the star of the game. Great team and great players. Get your heart checked out because I am 60 years old and I have an enlarge Aorta. I am getting it repaired soon.

We watched Hoddle at Brentford years ago when he was player coach for Swindon. He had two players sent off but they still held Brentford to a draw. He wasn’t happy with those two players!

I had no warning signs of a heart attack, I had just swum 2K in a 50M pool and had been fit all my life. My blood pressure was around 120/80 and my cholesterol was within range, I’m also a vegetarian and I don’t drink….I’m very lucky there was quick excellent medical care. Now back to full health thankfully.

I hope they switch to cooking exclusively in beef dripping and or butter/ghee and eat much more unprocessed red meat and of course cut seed oils. This will offer great protection against further heart attacks, contrary to mainstream belief

Health and fitness are two different thing, my family has a huge history of heart issues but fortunately I’m fine. I eat plant based though and bloods are perfect
