I don't know if you know this but you can do the team talk and then you can talk to each group of players: defenders midfield and attackers so maybe you can rally even more players for the game but its great news that you are slowly turning it around :) keep up the good work wizzy

Wizzy, in the team talk, go for assertive - i have faith (second choice) .. Work 90% for me.. And u can also download tactic file from fifa forum. I recommend "sir goalalot tactic". Start to play chambers instead debuchy, turn into beast in 2015. In the january, you will also need a leftback(optional) coz gibbs is injury prone and monreal is not a good one. I recommend buy ricardo rodriguez or jonathan silva Cheers.

I personally play 4-1-2-3 with a inside forward and a winger. Posession football (control). Kinda like: push higher up, use offside trap, hassle opponents, play out of defence, look for overlap, work ball into the box, shorter passing. Normally with lower tempo but sometimes I switch it up. I go " more diciplined" when i am in the lead and " more expressive" when I need a goal. I played this style with Wolfsburg, germany and cerezo osaka succesfully, just keep am eye on match preparation and set your training to ball control ;)

Another tip mate, you want to adopt a more cautious style of play when you play away from home and hard tackling helps, eventually over a period of time, teams will adapt to your style of play and the key to keeping players injury free is balancing their general fitness with training intensity and pre/post match conditions. from my experience when you are on a bad run have loads of individual chats with each player so their morale goes up speak to them about criticise recent form and then say you have faith in them and their morale will go up so they have perform better hope this helps it did for me. basically morale wins and looses games

With Arsenal, I play 442 Diamond Narrow with Welbeck and Sanchez up front and Ozil right behind, Jack and Aaron at CM and Schneiderlin at DM. I've won most of my games doing that.

If you want the team to stick to shorter passing, you should consider unticking "Pump ball into box", as it means they'll just hoof it into the box whenever they get the chance. Work ball into box works better with a posession based tactic, as it means they won't shoot from ridiculous distances and angles

If I were you Hugh, I'd really go for it in one of the domestic cups. Try and get a trophy to your name in the first season and to build some authority and respect for yourself I think that would really help you progress in FM. Another quality episode as well but results must improve ;)

you need to make more substitutions when condition is low and fix your formation because you cant have half of the team and defend and half on attack you need transition so change the midfield and fullbacks to support

Get Reus (21 mill release clause) he won player of the year in my first season, Eder Alvares Balanta (wonderkid defender) cheap and can grow into a leading defender. Play oxlade chamberlin alot...in my first season he was one of the best players at 4 1/2 stars

I bought that Evder Alvares Balanta at the start of the season for 9.5 mill, im at the end of the season hes played 20 games and he is the best defender at the club with 4 stars the coach summary says hes a key player. I came 2nd in the league with Arsenal which he played a big part in averaging 7.96 in the 20 games hes played. hes a must by ***** I aloso bought wilfrid bony for £17m to keep welbeck and giroud on there toes he has scored 15 in 24 games which is better then i expected. I was also forced to sign Christian Fuchs on loan because gibbs got injured early on for 3-4 months but hes turned out to be a solid left back, hes played 19 scored 5 and assisted 9 and now he gets picked over gibbs.I think Fuchs does well cos he has lots of experience because of his age.
