The debate ended in 2009 for many people including me. Leo is just light-years ahead of everyone else when it comes to pure football. A Jack of all Trades whilst being the master of all. Over 75% of football legends be it former players or coaches picks Leo and The GOAT. Zidane calls him magic. Mourinho calls him The God of Football. Carlo doesn't speak about him because it scares his players. When he retires, football will lose something it will never get again. Because to me, Leo is once in all existence phenomena. I've watched Messi for years stats and words don't do him justice they don't show the things he does every game. Like; first touches, superhuman vision, the dribbling away from 4 players at once, creating passing lanes that don't exist, putting the perfect weight on the pass for his teammates.
