I like this format. The only thing I would do differently is to have the outside back who is opposite the ball to start moving forward as the ball is being played into the 6. I think that reflects more realistically how you would want your back four oriented while in possession. Second, I prefer to avoid square passes between my defenders. In general I don't like my players playing square passes anywhere on the pitch, but especially between defenders.
