with head safety, it allows kids to play with more confidence. knowing that they don't have to knock themselves, recklessly. Kids, teens, adults can run faster, play more aggressively than they ever have with good technical awareness. great video, some serious enlightenment.

My 8 year old took a bad bump during practice the other day and he's been a bit hesitant. This video was helpful, going to drill these techniques with him so that he can avoid helmet to helmet collision. Thanks Train Em Up!

Thank you coach Bobby, I really appreciate your vídeos and help us to understand and play safer the game, honestly on muy own, sometimes i was afraid going to the tackle because theres some details that aren't covered for our coaches, and you explained us step by step clearly. Thanks so much, greetings and wish you the best and the channel. :)

My coach dosent teach us this. He keeps telling us to wrap up, but its hard to keep a grip. He always puts me up against the biggest and hardest hitting guys on the team when im one of the scronniest guys on the team. He says it will help me but it really dosent. All that keeps happening is me getting the wind knocked outta me. I dont think he knows what hes doing as a coach as a player myself. I wish someone like you would come to one of our practices and coach us. Plus, we have no tackling dummies or the arm pads to use. He dosent walk us through it, he just tells us what to do and expect us to do it right. We dont go through drills and im afraid I will get injured in the process he has taught us.

This guy needs to watch the seattle seahawks tackling techniques. Any good running back will shed this technique.

I was thinking the exact same way, a running back would either juke or truck

there's alot of wasted movement; therefore time. Just keep your arms int he ready position and explode out like a boxing punch. and yes, WRAP UP!!!!!! you'll never make a tackle unless you wrap up.
