1) Get some trusox football socks. They have small rubber squares all over the soles which stops your feet from sliding inside your shoe so much. These will reduce blisters and are the best football socks that I have ever worn. The next best thing is to wear cotton socks. The standard nylon football socks that are sold in sports shops are the worst socks ever and will slide a lot inside your shoe and give you mega blisters. This is the reason why a lot of pros cut the feet off of their club socks and wear trusox or cotton socks underneath their footless club socks. 2) Make sure that your feet are as dry as possible before the game. Talc could help though I don't usually bother with it. 3) If you still have problems then you could try putting big plasters/band aids or tape cotton wool pads (like he suggests in the video) on the areas where you get blisters to add an extra layer of protection. Make sure that there are no creases in the tape as that will iritate your foot.

For grip you need to take a wet towel and wipe it across your sole not use deodorant
