Activation with ball in mid circle

Activation with ball in circles is always popular in each generation you can apply many technical elements and make improvements individually.
In this video we use this model to prepare our players for the main part of the training where we start with slow movements with ball using some part of a technic and on the end of the training to finish in high tempo. Every coach can be creative and to play with different tools in this exercise. Exp. Balls are inside/outside, to play in a 3rd man, number of touches, different technical elements, etc...
