@austinfigueroa4851 ND is not the best defense..not even close. Not a tested team so noone knows . Sorry, this feels like ND vs bama in 2012. Yet again, I don't see ND living up to the hype. They don't have the passing game to take on uga..it will get ugly.

Believing that Georgia's offensive production will significantly decline with Stockton is misguided. This man broke Trevor Lawrance's and Deshaun Watson’s passing and TD records for the State of Georgia in HS! I understand Indiana HS football is like watching 7th graders but being successful in GHSA football means you can play the game at a very high level!

​​@@austinfigueroa4851 A back-up could go either way if the backup can bring an added dimension to the position. In Gunner Stockton's case, the passing production could drop, but he brings the running ability which Beck didn't really have. Will that make up for the drop-off in passing, or will it create more opportunities for passing plays. That is to be determined. I think Gunner Stockton and GA will be fine against Notre Dame. I just don't think Notre Dame has the type of firepower that can threaten GA.

I understand the excitement of Notre Dame fans and the jubilation of SEC haters, but what happened last night involved 54 seconds of unlikely plays for Notre Dame. A strip sack on the opponent’s 12-yard line and a kickoff return touchdown to start the second half are not strategies you can rely on to win college football games. Georgia, playing a quarterback in his first start, had more offensive production than Notre Dame, so it's hard to say that Notre Dame was too much for anyone. Again, congratulations on your first New Year's Six bowl win in Notre Dame’s history.
