It’s a shame, he was never on the radar for United otherwise they would have gone for him instead of Tuchel. Now the 3rd choice manager (behind Tuchel and ETH) is having to deal with the 2nd man’s summer signings. He should have joined in the summer, now when the summer comes the knives will already be out and all blame successfully transferred to him. The same merry go round for another 18 months. And the tail of another promising talent goes up in flames. All these below average players should have gone before for he came, Ruud should have been interim till then understanding that needed remit with the patience from fans to see it through for Amorim to join.
