Ay tumahimik ka nalang boomer, tinikling is a requirement and most schools if not ALL schools in the Philippines require their students to dance this dance or learn about it at least once. Besides that, ano ang gusto mo? Mag tinikling kami sa bahay for tiktok? Gusto mo ba everyday Filipiniana and barong tagalog din? Gumagawa ka ng problema sa wala. Yan nanaman kayo ang toxic mo puta tumahimik ka nalang.

My classmates and other seniors in the same section that are from the Dance specialization has to dance folkdances every quarter (when we get our grades) while the other specializations Visual Arts, Glee, Rondala have to prepare something too. It's fun too watch and kind of nerve wracking cause most of the dances they do are difficult and have stunts in them* like jumping on a stack of benches.

Cool version of tinikling. FYI: Tinikling is named after the tikling bird, common in rice paddies& forest thickets. They have thin & fast legs, that's y it's called Tinikling. Coz ur legs have to be fast like the tikling's or you'll get caught in the bamboo trap.
