Guys, there are LOTS of variations on a jazz blues :-) Try to look up classic jazz blues songs and look up their chord changes. It all starts with the regular simple 12-bar blues and builds onto that. Check it out! :-)

After the Bb7 there should be a B diminished in the empty measure! It leads to the F7 with a C in the bass.

how do i find what the bas is walking on
@Esbenmad9 жыл бұрын
+missing3tips I guess chordtones and chromatic steps up and down to chordtones. That is a very basic approach that works well for non-bass-players and I guess for bass-players as well :-)
There's tons of versions of f blues, not exactly a right or wrong way to do it. Plus it says it's A F BLUES, not THE f blues.

If you're a real jazzer, it doesn't have to be JUST for playing along with.

hey ,if anyone else trying to find out blues jam track try Zamartar Simple Blues Remedy ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got cool success with it.

If you were a real jazzer you would be listening to some of the great jazz artists instead of a backing track. It's called a backing track for a reason.
