Dispatcher and UAVs got nerfed too. Dispatcher doesn’t give you the score bonus for clearing a friendly objective in domination and the UAV is only giving 5 score/assist where it was 15 before the update

I noticed that too. The devs always seem to nerf certain play styles way too hard. Same goes for the counter uav, it is 5 score per assist now. In my opinion it should be 10 per assist. Good middle ground. For instance, if you called in both a uav and cuav and your team got 10 kills with it active, that would give you 300 score. Now that's down to 100. Other than that nerf, it also seems like they buffed uav and cuav health. It used to take 20 to 30vshots before now it feels like nearly 50

Regardless of their original intention to keep them from being used in MP, Legacy XP tokens being taken away after being unlocked is stupid. The cat's out of the bag at this point. Never mind the fact that people who have already earned XP tokens from the Season One BP have had those legitimate tokens removed too. We all know that the base XP rates in this game are *miserable* and likely to burn out a huge portion of the playerbase over the next couple of months. If they won't consider adjusting them to be more reasonable (i.e. better than hitting Prestige 3 before having maxed out any weapons), then letting us have access to those tokens is the LEAST they can do.

@@danielp6505 No, it obviously doesn't. But I'm well into Prestige 2, rotating weapons as it suits my mood, and I haven't maxed a single one by happenstance. Highest is the XMG at 40. Of course I could have focused on any single weapon along the way to max out, but I'd be leaving rank XP on the table by ignoring elimination challenges and missing out on headshot progression because I happen to be grinding the mastery challenges at the same time. Is my method optimal? No way in hell. But just last year it allowed me to comfortably max out weapons within a reasonable timeframe and without my having to focus on actually leveling individual guns. Zero complaints about the pace of progression. I'd hazard that my situation isn't uncommon depending on one's progression priorities, especially among the casual playerbase. I happen to be working on rank leveling, so there's a wrench in the progression experience right there. But I'd bet you a good chunk of cash that even Ace would agree that weapon XP gains in particular can be VERY slow in BO6, especially compared to what we had between CW (which was similarly sluggish) and now. It's a genuine problem that's hard to ignore and I hope Treyarch address it before casuals start dropping the game. In my mind, there's kinda no better proof of that than the outrage that this XP token debacle has caused. Would people care nearly as much if progression weren't egregiously slow?

Ace I think you should briefly revisit the muzzle brake attachment. When burst firing full auto weapons w/o the attachment the recoil plot continues unless you wait long enough for the recoil cooldown. However when using muzzle brake the recoil resets between every burst.

Figured I’d help out here. If you’ve lost your XP tokens, you can activate them through the Warzone menu, then simply switch back to multiplayer/zombies and it’ll be working no matter what you play. You’re welcome fellas.

Currently it feels like a slog progressing through BO6, especially with regard to weapon leveling and unlocking attachments. I've played less of BO6 at the same point in time compared to recent CODs for various reasons, and I also haven't even come close to maxing out any of the handful of weapons I've been focusing on, which is to say some of the late-level attachments I actually want to use are still inaccessible to me. On a related note, the relative lack of universal attachments to help even out the pace of progression feels like a regression from MW3's system for unlocking attachments. Between that and the fairly small pool of maps that players actually vote for, the still-prevalent desync issues, the high visual recoil scrambling my (admittedly aging) eyes, the spawns having gotten worse since the season 1 update, the remaining UI and UX bugs, and the false hope of the return of XP tokens to take the edge off the grind, it feels like I'm on the verge of burnout from a thousand cuts. Still feel like playing for an hour or so most days, though, so that's a testament to the game having decent bones.

They still haven't fixed the Aim Down Sights bug on Mouse that seems to be the same one from Vanguard. After Throwing Lethals or Tacticals, or even using the directional keys after Crouching or Proning, the initial ADS get's cancelled. Super annoying. There is a bug where I can’t change some of my attachments on blueprints. Like on my Krig I can’t change the mag attachment but I can change everything else. It even says that it’s changed and it works in firing range, just not in actual matches. Really weird

One annoying thing that I’ve noticed is that when you go to take out non- lethal score streaks like the counter UAV sometimes at one shot sometimes at two shots with a missile launcher where or it only took one. The overwatch Hielo sometimes will take four and five and you can’t shoot it down and then other ones will drop in two shots and some rounds from your weapon.

I presumed they were going to buff the health of the counter UAV. I remember before that it took two shots to destroy it in previous titles. And deservedly so. The one that really had my head scratching was the overwatch helicopter. We were on supersonic and I’m not kidding you I put four missiles into it and had another guy shooting it as well as me unloading an XMG with Full Metal Jackets and still barely got it down.

The counter UAV has always had the most inconsistent and stupid HP. I'll shoot a rocket then a single SMG bullet blows it up. And then I'll shoot 5 SMG bullets first and the rocket doesn't one shot it, then it dies to one more SMG bullet. Makes no sense and is very annoying.

The style of VPN I’m referring to only routed geolocation data to the matchmaking system which threw something off in the algorithm. None of your actual gameplay data was routed through the VPN. This geolocation bypass seemed to mess with the skill priority and apparently force a true “ping is king” scenario. A major issue with the Call of Duty netcode is that, even under optimal conditions like a 19 ms ping and Open NAT, inconsistent experiences persist. This becomes especially frustrating in close-range fights: • You might receive hit feedback (both visual and audio) for six hits, yet still die as if those hits didn’t register. • When watching the killcam, it often shows that your opponent registered only two hits, despite what you saw. • Conversely, there are times when you die instantly without any prior feedback that you were being hit. While these issues don’t occur in every single game or every single engagement, they happen frequently enough to be frustrating. The difference becomes especially apparent when compared to Battlefield. Despite having slightly faster TTK Battlefield offers a far more consistent experience in terms of hit registration and netcode reliability. Interestingly, in COD, about every tenth game feels perfect: • Hits register instantly. • Hit feedback is accurate and responsive. Hi Ace- have u heard of a bug where horizontal sensitivity on controller is unable to be adjusted? Usually at 5/5 but I am literally spinning 360 after turning it down to 3 on horizontal. I have a new controller with no stick drift and this happened mid match Tuesday and no tuning will bring it down. Making the game unplayable. I’m on ps5. Saw some people on Reddit with same issue. Since acoustic amp is probably banned in ranked play I couldn’t care less that it reveals ninja players. Especially since field upgrades earn slowly in mp. I don’t know how long it takes in search though

My best connection on the closest server is 17 ping which is fine. However, I’m maybe getting a 17 ping game once every 8 games or so. Usually it’s 68-85 on the other servers and I’m sure this is because the SBMM. Super annoying

You can comment on the problem with weapons models that you can't change the accessories of any weapon, so I've seen it's only in pS5.

Any idea if launchers, specifically the challenges, had any changes/bugs? UAVs (and CUAVs) don’t seem to be counting as 2 destructions right now, but equally I’ve had games where I’ve shot down 3 streaks and my total towards the gold camo has not changed. Hoping the updated value just isn’t showing but 2 points for cuavs always was too good to be true

Out of everything that has been discussed in this video, the main thing I noticed is that he managed to play an entire round without a single instance of Packet Burst. I swear I get packet burst in the damn menus

Yeah thats odd I never get that issue if at all im on Pc tho. Now mine is a high end one along with 1gb internet maybe that plays a part but never had that issue

I just played the new resurgence map, anyone else thinks the 1st person footstep audio is so loud. But generally the biggest thing that ruins my game experience is the packet burst. It’s insssaneeee how bad it is😭

I was really hoping season one would fix this game, and it didn’t, it made it worse. I’m glad I’m not alone. I see everyone else in the comments complaining about it too. BO6 is not in a good state. They’ve had enough time to fix many of these things imo.

You can activate them over if you've got Warzone installed and switch over back to Black Ops 6. Super scummy of them to do when we've paid for the game/game pass.

I haven’t seen anyone say anything… But the LMG’s seem stupid good, specifically the XMG.. it’s laser beaming with no recoil across the map with max damage no matter what distance! having the 150 or 200 magazine added I can spam non stop😂

IDK how you say the foot step sounds has a slight change. It's clear as day that it's a lot quieter. And how will that affect the vertical volume?? Your 3 second test didn't really help with how the update really changed the volume, other than it being a lot quieter.

I'm currently doing my first prestige and took perk greed as my first unlock but wishing I'd taken ninja. I miss that stealth element in my play style. I guess that's a good excuse to grind to the next prestige. :)

You’re doing it right. (Ninja was indeed my second unlock) Go all-green on perks as soon as you can, so your specialist bonus can help you rack up score. That will help propel you through the progression to where you’ll have ninja again.

In the last 24 hours I have received 5 notifications saying thank you for the report we have taken action against the player reported etc. There have been several players since launch that have been very suspicious but all of a sudden I have seen many more players using obvious walls/soft aim.
