@@Boxercise I'm falling in love with Boxing! I did Kenpo karate for years and to me it was not very practical for self defense. It got me in good shape ! But I can honestly say that Boxing is so practical and so TECHNICAL! after 3 years I feel I have not even Scratched the surface of Boxing It definitely is the sweet science ! So indepth! I love it !! In the past I thought boxing was a joke compared to traditional martial art !! But I realized I was Wrong !!

Awesome, simply awesome. I'm buying your course today. Pity you're on the other side of "the pond" or I would be at your school tomorrow. Great you have a "long distance learning" option in play ... smart man.

@Boxercise6 жыл бұрын
very sorry we have only just seen your comment 2 years late ! If you get our footwork training system you get the measurements for the lines etc. Then you get a local printer ( who can print on large size lorry canvas ) to print - it's around £300 but ours has lasted 6 years now and is used constantly

Here and Now - It's referred to as "explaining" and it's sad to see it's a novel concept to you.

Sorry but punching while jumping in like that will get you KO'd. You're flying through the air with your hands cocked and buy definition off balance and unable to make changes.It's boxing suicide. Move, plant feet and then punch. According to every pro coach i've ever had the past 3 decades.

Joe Frazier use to literally leap into the air to launch his vaunted left hook. He nailed Ali with it repeatedly and very few ever hit Ali clean with a hook. Ali was frequently in transition with one foot not even touching the mat yet still landed clean, telling shots. "Superman Punch" in MMA works just fine. Manny Pacquiao was "floating" on his lead foot a lot of times in the recent Broner fight. Many more examples possible but it all becomes cumulative at this point. Looks like you got bogus advice for the last 30 years. Bummer.

@@simonsharp9162 Might as well. Most karateka are non-fighting kata dancers.
