Hey , i came at your comment because i was going through similar phase. I went to Ayur bethaniya and took treatment. I could say that these places will calm your mind temporarily. But it will not heal you completely, it’s more of a lifestyle we adapt. Once we are back from these places we are again the same and may be worse as we will adapt a new lifestyle but can’t continue the same once we are back home. My advice is to go to these ayurvedic retreats, spend some time but don’t think it will heal you completely. Only thing that can heal is our lifestyle and inner peace.

Dont fall for any pseudo panchakarma clinics, research well and undergo treatment of welness regimen from reputed institutions, as such duplicate centres will do more harm to your body. ayurvedic massages are expensive, because of the oils and ayurvedic medicines used - literally gallons of oil is required and some ayurvedic medicines are very hard to procure.
