Yes those 2 were enemies but I believe it was because of of Apollyon. She was putting them against each other and they believed her. So I think that's why they hated each other but at the same time I feel like Daubeny and Apollyon had a thing "maybe a partnership or rivals" who knows..

Technically speaking the comment from Apollyon at the end is accurate, Horkos and Chimera based on their practices and beliefs do fit into Apollyons beliefs equally. Horkos believes in war to purge the weak and kill them off, whereas Chimera believes in war to rebel against the tyranny of Horkos and stop Horkos’ atrocities. In the campaign both of these beliefs are shown in Apollyon, Horkos’ in the Knights mission where the two minions were the only ones spared because they were “wolves,” and the others were killed due to their weakness. Chimera’s beliefs are shown in the Samurai’s first mission where instead of taking the empire for herself and starting a dictatorship, she simply lets the Samurai rebel against eachother or those who want tyranny, aka Seijuro.
