For Honor - Moves that prevent Revenge Activation

I should've maybe mentioned that pretty much all bashes confirm stuff from teammates if timed correctly, but the fast one with very little stun require proper communication, and even then are a little harder to pull off.

I think it might be worth mentioning with Shaolin sweep is that it is considered a heavy attack, not a bash, so it can get parried with revenge acivation.

This is incredibly helpful. I love videos like this, especially ones that focus on how ganking works. It's so much more than just mindlessly throwing attacks (as you mentioned). I am quite happy with the new revenge mechanics, but I hope that people adjust to how they work.

I get that that's frustrating, but ultimately I find it preferable to anyone getting revenge in 1v1's. Like most aspects of the game at this point, revenge could still be improved but is in a much better place than it used to be.

Jarl William Revenge was never intended to be used to 1v4 teams, it was used to survive long enough for your team to show up. Season 1 revenge was incredibly broken and that would just make light spam even worse which defeats the purpose of reverting the change in the first place. I agree light attacks can be annoying to deal with but I don’t need a orochi chopping me to bits in 3 hits.

Jarl William you being 2 shotted by a kensei and 1 shotted by a orochi is through the help of feats. Season 1 revenge was able to single handedly kill the entire team with 3-4 hits without feats, I agree that For Honor doesn’t need to be faster however the old For Honor was turtle Hell. I believe BP should be punished if he/she misses a shield bash because the character is too safe right now.

Here a quick tip. Revenge has been causing big problems in the highlevel circles - So much so it has been disable in tourneys. heres a suggestion, why not ask ubisoft, to leave the option for pre2.06 Patch-Revenge Gain, as well as the current options (noRevenge, 2.06Revenge) in the Custom match settings. Seems like a pretty easy, and informative video to make. Cheers!

Revenge is fucking stupid. I should be able to activate it regardless of what is happening to my character. If I am being carried revenge should still pop. Same with a GB. If someone GB me, I should still be able to pop revenge to counter the GB Same with Warlord. We should be able to pop it while they are pushing with Warlords shield. It’s fucking stupid in my opinion
