Shino deflect dmg is 20 dmg now, not 24. Cc nerf update included the removal of backstep light for cc heroes, reason being that people would turtle and do backstep light as an option select/opener (or bait). In the video tnc does this with highlander. You can also see dmg numbers are incorrect, shino neutral heavy (since dmg adjustment) does 22 dmg/ deflect does 20, in the video the numbers are 24 and 24

@katel2610 they removed backstep light 7 months ago, the ccu Update was nearly 5 years ago. When the shinobi damage Nerf was, dont Know. The backstep Nerf hast nothing to do with ccu Update.
