It's to cause the enemy to move to make the enemy think it's a move... I do it cuz well I want them to dodge then I can get a free kick then some nice damage, this "number 1 ranked" hl is... Good but there are better HL's out there in my opinion

everytime highlander emotes, his guard stance thingy is gone on the opponents pov. so everytime highlander throws an attack after an emote, the opponent has no idea where it’s gonna come from

It's used for 1 of 3 reasons. It hides guard UI so you can swap sides without enemy seeing. It's used as a bait to fish out dodge attacks for a free kick and lastly it's used as a simple taunt to make your opponent lose their cool

Auctually the lawbringer was starting most of his combos with a guard break, or a raw heavy. The high lander was starting a lot of his combos with heavies and kicks. Did you even watch most of the video?
