It's an old video and Ubisoft has changed the editor. Just follow the coordinates in the video description and you'll be good :)

How do you get the shield shape?

MerryManiac 454 You get this shield shape by joining the Knight faction. Every Faction has a different shaped shield. Just note that you will lose your end of season rewards by changing factions
