I think you've got to work on the basis that the electrics and plumbing will all need an overhaul. The property is indeed on mains water and mains drainage.

So many ideas, will truly be amazing once renovated. I just wonder with the amount of renovations is purchase price is high. For me not thinking of major renovation.
