These Chevrolet trucks are amazing classics. They are strong, durable and practical. They were meant for work and farming. If you did NOT add a huge V8, the only things the average owner might do to ‘improve’ this truck is to give a coat of polyurethane to the wooden bed, wrap the gas tank in Kevlar, add sound insulation inside the cab and add a 12 volt ignition system. These are great trucks to keep around, especially if you have a large property or farm.

And to make it look better, add a visor to it. That’s what my grandpas 53 Chevy has and it looks great with it. I like it more with a visor then without one
