It depends on the village but typically ally they will stop at night. It's quite nice actually, as long as they don't go on all night

I do like the property. However, it still needs quite a bit of renovation. The price seems a bit high due to this. As well, it is an Interior (not corner) property. A bit concerned about the house that abuts it.

@@susansawatzky3816 This was my thought as well. I'd be leery of putting a large water tank on the third floor in case of leaks. But an on-demand heater would let you keep it downstairs plus make room for a convenient powder room. On-demand heaters are also more energy efficient.

Yes very nicely renovated - but more or less out in the countryside and far from infrastructure etc.-who would want to live there

It really isn't. It's in a village with shops and restaurants and only 8kms from the town of Pezenas that has everything. Even a cinema. Also has easy access to 2 junctions of the A75 motorway which goes straight to the large town of Beziers in 15 mins or go the other way and you drive north straight up to Paris. Oh, and some lovely beaches only about 20 kms away 😎
