What happens when water levels rise?
@pineappletacos47275 ай бұрын
No one alive today will be when they rise far enough to threaten this house so why worry about it? What all of you who constantly feel the need to ask that question on every single video of a water front home like this is that there’s a sea wall at the edge of the property. From the lip of said sea wall to the water is anywhere from 4 to 6 feet depending upon the home’s location. Considering that thus far even through the worst hurricanes that have blown through the area there hasn’t been any of these homes gotten flooded it’s going to take AT LEAST another hundred years if not even much, MUCH longer before anybody living in one of these houses is going to have to think about the possibility of rising waters. So y’all can feel free to stop mentioning that every single time a video of a house like this is posted.

non capisco perché una casa così bella non ha il Roftop🤔
@@davidhuntsolomon$76.5 MILLION USD?!? 😂😂😂😂 I haven’t laughed that hard in a *LOOOOONG* time!! I literally started choking I laughed so hard. You can’t drop a homes price by *$27 MILLION DOLLARS* and not honestly tell me that it wasn’t ridiculously, stupidly, astronomically overpriced to begin with. I don’t know who came up with that price, but they need to stop taking whatever drugs they were when they did!! Even at its current listing price of $47.5 Million it’s overpriced for N Bay Rd. Realtors in Miami seem to have taken a page out of LA area realtors play book and started listing properties at 2 and 3 times (or more) than what they’re worth. Houses on the Venetian’s that were $10-$15 Mil just less than 3 years ago are now listing at $25 and $30 mil (or more) without any improvements or changes of any kind since before that. Even at slightly under 7800 sq ft on roughly 1/3 acre this house just 3 years ago would’ve been lucky to get $20 Million out of it. Yes, I DO realize the market has changed, but there’s no effing way in hell that ANY house ANYWHERE in Miami has DOUBLED (or MORE THAN DOUBLED) in value in just 3-4 years. That’s just pure insanity!! Let me know when you guys get down to a reasonable price point (ie; about half of its current ridiculous price) and then I might be interested.
