Wow...$753k for this. That's amazing...even without the furniture that's a huge bargain. I never thought of Lennar as a luxury building like Toll Brothers, but they did a beautiful job with this. They're really upping their game! And that finished basement...a lot of value there, too.

I live in a Lennar townhome in Maryland and I love how they don't upcharge you. Everything is included. All we had to do was decided the color of our cabinets and wood floors. Good luck to the owner of this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed.
