I lived in Sanford when I was stationed at Ft. Bragg, and I absolutely feel in love that town. A local family there adopted me as one of there own we became friends friends after meeting at the local dirt bike track, and always swore I'd return if I ever could. I've had this property picked out as my "if I ever win the lottery property" for over a year now, and had never seen this video until today. It's nothing less than heartbreaking to see someone have to part with their dream, especially since they seem like SUCH wonderful people. Please pass my regards and warmest wishes to owners. They have done a splendid job with their property.

Lovely couple who spend most of their precious and loving moments building this place ... it is almost like heart ache just to think they'll have to let this place go .... But heck they will have a good time on their way to the Bank and since I only enjoy horses when I'm watching them on the oval tracks, I'd let go a dozen Shetland ponies grasing on the pastures with my grand kids chasing them on a Quad 4x4 . 😊😊

Thank god for small favors. No way could someone of your limited knowledge could ever afford this white elephant anyway. Teaching you grandget to abuse animals must make you the proud Bantum chicken. No lack of free knowledge you should begin w/ the longest version of " Where Racehorses go to Retire". Doubt just that can keep your foot out of your mouth but perhaps you won`t choke on your knee.
