In 1978 I was 15 years old I bought a blue 69 z/28 on a car lot for $700 in 1983 I got married I made a good living from 83 to 95 buying 67 to 80 camaros from $200 to $500 I would put a old motor or paint them and sell them from $2000 to $5000 and I had tons of them can't find them cheep any more.

Like Roundup but yelp I don't know where people get those prices! I bought a pretty nice 69 Chevelle about 3 years ago at 7000 $ and thought it was high ,but really got a good deal compared to these rust buckets and race cars, Love the Videos 😊😊

My first muscle car i bought was a 71 nova 350/4 speed in 94 for 500 dollars, running driving primered car. I drove that car around and boomers would stop me on highway asking if I wanted their old car. I had several complete cars cheap. Not cheap for that time period but cheap period. These cars you show on here wouldn't sell for 50 dollars back then.

Tried Joe out at the rust ranch on the south side of Wichita Kansas. Now Brian here I think he has done something like that. If so, Been awhile you might look back at his old library. The suburb is Rose Hill Kansas. Just Google and it'll come up. The reason why I mentioned him is because he had something along that lines. And I remember it had a hemi. I sent a lot of people who is why because he treated me right and everybody that I sent to him, he's treated them right. He isn't giving anything away. He is also well connected. He has over 500 cars.

I've been wondering about those reproduction Camaro bodies, and Mustng, challenger, Chevelle etc , are they only viable (registerable) if you have the body tags off an original factory body? Or can you buy a repro body and source all the other needed parts and put it on the road with a new registration?

It's better to find something in decent running condition. Restoration IS COSTLY ! Usually a LOT more than expected .

PRICE DROP IN THE NEAR FUTURE I'M SURE. NO MORE VERMONT TITLES. AND I READ WHAT THEY SAID AND THEY ARE A TITLE COMPLIANCE DATE. SO THEY WENT FROM ONE EXTREME TO THE OTHER EXTREME. But there are states that do not require titles on cars over 15 years whatever they may cut it off. I never use Vermont but I'm sure wishing I had now. Where is always an option but not now. Anyway title compliance States go with what the home state of the car said. If you buy a car from state name got you. The state of got you does not require a title on a car for whatever reason then you can get title from your state. But you better make sure he jumped through all the hoops and hollers. How do I know this? It's my thing. And I'm still learning more. An additional know why would anybody want to take a firebird and make it look like a Camaro. Firebird has much better style and class. I'm a firebird guy by the way. I have an excellent 68 firebird that's pretty well complete body-wise and if you want to make it into a clone of a Camaro. I'll take $8,000 for firebird. 😊 Guarantee it looks better than the $10,000 piece of junks we were seeing on here. It has all of the original floorboards and trunk floor. I bought it from the right part of the country and have owned it for a number of years. Okay I think you've done a great job on this Brian just say it's over price for rust and I don't see it. They got to where they are because 25+ years ago these were 50 dollar cars if that. You could buy one in perfect condition for 3,000. Nobody wanted the junk ones back then
