I wanted to share a troubling experience I had recently. I bought a car from Car24, and on the second day, the engine light came on. I immediately raised the issue, and after 15 days, they told me they had fixed the problem and replaced the faulty part. However, when they delivered the car back to me, the engine light was still on. After getting it checked by an authorized service center, I was informed that no new parts had been installed. The part in question is the catalytic converter, one of the most expensive components in the car engine. It’s frustrating to realize that I’ve been misled like this. On top of that, I spent an additional 9,000 on an extended warranty, which now feels like a total waste. It’s really disappointing to see this kind of fraud happening.
