About 3 years ago, I purposely dropped from Vibranium to Bronze over a month and then climbed again. The truth it wasn't worth it as there are people who will pay crystals to finish in the top of their league, even Bronze I'd see people who were obviously going overboard to finish 1st.

Choose maximum points by resetting till on loose it shows -5 , 3 recommend character 5 points each + ace bonus point + 10 victory streak , is maximum number of points for 5 battles . For rest battles remove recommend points. Take all recommend only if they are good or atleast one so he/she can carry you and try this as near as reset time depending on number of fights you wanna fight

Even WITH SHIELD SUPPORT you still have to spend crystals to stay in top 10 of Virbrainum. You get knocked-out of top 10 quickly so you have to use crystals to get back in it.

TL;DR: If you are a normal player, DO NOT TRY THIS, not worth it. Alex is probably doing it to show Challenger league experience even if he makes a nett loss. 1) Back in Jean meta, one could use Jean and 2 random recommended characters meaning you could get 5 + 5 points per fight 5 times per day, unlike here where you just used Wolverine. I actually found that so much more fun, cuz it would take skill and reflexes to use like Jean + Modok + Hulking against Jean + Thanos + Surfer teams. That doesn't work anymore as everyone in the top has the same toxic team with crazy toxic cards and Brilliant CTPs. For example Wolverine is shit even now, the only reason why opponent Wolverine kills you is their 25% pierce, unobtainium. 2) I have done this league hopping and I don't find it that profitable versus the amount of time: i. In the end if you want to get #1 you are gonna be constantly playing for an hour or 2. CONSTANTLY, as fast as possible. Fast phone, good internet, powerful team with 25 second kill time per battle. Unobtainium for most. ii. You are gonna refresh multiple times. So 125 crystals 5, 6, 7 times? Yeah a lot more too. Let's say you needed 10, that's 1250 crystals lost. And now you OUGHT to get #1 to make any profit. iii. You could be done with TL in 10 minutes (in my case) fighting max point battles and get 220 crystals per week. If you drop 1 or 2 weeks and get top 5, you make a marginal profit compared to staying in Vibranium. iv. When you drop to Platinum, it still has restrictions and say you have Sentry built but is restricted, so this week Jean or Doom is the best bet and you don't have them. Now you are doomed!! 3) On the weekly reset you can get recc chars bonus points 5 times only. Either before or after weekly reset. Those 5 battles refresh with daily reset not weekly reset, so have to make the choice to use now or save it for the next week.

I know myself seen on pressing skills not pressable and getting shafted by bug or not working of skills in match. For highest we can get For winning 10 consecutive wins u get +10 and they give +78 for without recommend soo we can get 83 and if we use recommend 5+5 we can get 78+10+5+5- 93 Soooo 93 is highest we can get in a match by doing all the above things T&C .🙌 For example Dps + recommend + recommend plus Ace bonus points is very clutch points glad u said Alex 🧑‍🎤
