Oh sweet Linda this was so fun! If you are “crazy” well YOU are MY kind of crazy.. haha and not alone! We buy ourselves the best gifts don’t we?!! 🎉 The thing I can’t get over with the Halibut is how every. single. yoke I’ve seen looks amazing (fudged or lumpy!) I would put money down to say that blocking and/or steaming is going to work like a charm for allll of your Halibut concerns. Lucky you off to Spain. Why not get your hubby to unpack each box of toft placing the contents into a sealed paper bag, leaving the box beside each bag. Then you can put the number and any info on a card stuck to the front of each bag then they will fit in your luggage easier. Your sweater looks so good on you the colour is gorgeous. ❤

Can I offer a suggestion re the halibut sweater - which is going to be gorgeous - why don't you put it on a couple of cords and block what you have done so far to see if the lumps even out and whether it grows a bit. There's no reason why you can't block part way through a project and it can be very helpful. Worse case you have to frog and start again on the correct needles in the correct size but at least you won''t have to frog the whole sweater. 😀Have a merry Christmas in Spain.

What a fun and festive episode! Isn't it crazy how we get caught up in these Advent sets? I told myself I would only get one this year, but I got 3!! I am loving opening each little packet every day, and I have started on an Ambah O"Brien Euphorbia Wrap with my set from JEMS. I have another set from Fuzzy Goat with Emma's yarn that I want to start tonight before I get too far behind. It's hard to stay caught up! I am trying to finish up a sweater and a shawl that should already be done. Speaking of sweaters, your Halibut sweater is beautiful. i saw Leanne's as well--you chose similar colors! Hi Beth…no one at home to send me my yarn🥴… as for Spain… we are both avid golfers, P needs sun in the winter, lived here as a child, people are amazing, culture, food, and cost of living 1/3 less than Canada… all this made Spain a logical choice for us. Heaven.🤗
