I didn't think I needed this but decided to watch anyway. Glad I did. This is a beautiful stream of consciousness and I couldn't agree more...like every point. Take in the essence. We need that deep acceptance of what is in front of us (Ourselves for example). Deep love and care and nurture for our being. We're never alone and always enough. The sun has our back, so do the trees and the seals, even some seemingly random person oceans away. Life is beautiful, cruel, weird, wonderful and here. I'm glad to be the same...deeply connected to everything one way or another. Thank you for sharing this, it really meant a lot to me.

I’ve personally been struggling lately with these feelings. But it is so important to be with the creatures and elements around us. Our mind is a gift and a curse and we really need to literally ground ourselves and pay attention to the small things. Because the opposite is just feeding ourselves thoughts of lack and negativity instead of light and love.

And the suffering ended… Fate brought me back… Although the suffering was gone, life’s struggle resumed. But nature was always there as a reminder of the truth. The wind through the leaves.
