This is the number one problem I see in America today. I can’t talk to anyone I know without them talking about how much they make or their job titles. It is so tough to block that discussion out when people bring it up to me, but I just have to do that because how much someone makes or their job title does not mean anything and it definitely does not tell me their character which is way more important.
