That 5k is Annual Subscription Fee which you'd have to pay ICAP every year.

Here's the pattern of attempting papers: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h6qQdKFmrKpoosU passing marks are 50 out of 100... For first attempt, you should take PRC-1,2 & 3...
