Thank you so much for sharing your skills! I just found a large, beautiful Lobster mushroom today in the lovely Oregon woods and now, thanks to you, I know exactly how I'm going to prepare it 🥰

Thanks Alan, I live in the Seattle area and adore these things but HOLY COW what a cost. I have sometimes seen what I was almost positive were Lobsters but my Grandma ( Italian ) always taught us if you are not positive with funghi don't even think about it LOL. I love making mushroom butter out of the trimmings of these, on steak it is a holy experience. Cheers :)

Dont know if anyone gives a shit but if you're bored like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my girlfriend for the last few months :)

I hear they taste like lobster, I'd love to see a video of someone making something with lobster mushrooms and actually tasting it and describing the taste.

What can I use to replace the egg as a binder?
@kevinleblanc94983 жыл бұрын
Flax seeds I believe would work, that’s what we use instead of eggs in our recipes.
