I sure could use some guidance. Took over a 96 ft shady plot on a city street. Got sick of mowing so had it designated Federal Wildlife Preserve. Which means, stopped mowing

Oh I wish I could share my photo. I was weeding a steep mound alongside my house and had 2 plants growing side by side that looked identical. Ordinarily I would have pulled them without a thought but decided to do a closer inspection. One had hairy legs and the other one did not. One was queen Anne's lace and I assume the other was hemlock.

Is it possible to freeze wild carrot? If so all of it?

I would think you should be able to blanch it then freeze!
