Hey @RisingSerpentina, great to see you "Rising" like the "Serpentine" in true spirit! As you harvest your food, is how it arrives on your kitchen table. That's the philosophy of "Alkaline Diet", which I think is the foundation of Ital food. Don't fry. Just steam it. Frying deconstructs the nutraceuticals in the structural composition of food by heated oil. Be in the Spirit. Be Positive. Attract Abundant Blessings!

To create a sustainable, off the grid, all-inclusive living environment. Isolated from mainstream society and independent of the national grid. Your organic permaculture Homestead must have the ability to produce its own organic food supply and must be able to provide the inhabitants with at least 3 meals per day. The primary objective and labour of love, must be to design a sustainable food production system based on Permaculture Principles, that is naturally sustainable and requires very little human intervention.

@RisingSerpentina that is a good way of looking at it..... bit I don't know how long I could take it not being around beautiful American people on a daily basis? I have land out in the country if I wanted to get away from the norm... but to me paradise woild not be happy for me without being around lots of world tourists.... I was in Negril once during the 4th of July week would have been here in the US and even then the 7 mile long Beach wasn't really that packed with people but it was definitely way more people then than now... the videos I've seen this year from vloggers in Jamaica the beaches looks so bare and void of people... makes feel like it's the end of the world and we're the only survivors left.... blessing to you my beautiful Southern Belle Goddess.... Jackie, if you ever do wanna come back to the US... I would love to be your lifelong mate. I am a naturally blonde gentleman from .Mississippi that desires to have a beautiful light skinned ebony mate 🥰

Jamaica is not boring it a beautiful place. You make yourself not bore. Foreign is boring. All you do lock up to work and back then come winter 🥶❄️ no fun and come summer 🏝️ so bore at least in Jamaica you will always be thing to do lots of beautiful beaches not brown dirty lake just my opinion.
